Disassembly and Reassembly
1. Remove caliper as previously described.
2. Using screwdriver, remove cylinder boot set rings and boots from cylinder.
3. Place cloth between pistons and caliper. Using compressed air, force pistons out of bores. Do not place fingers in front of pistons.
4. Using a screwdriver, remove piston seals.
5. Remove the two sliding pins from torque plate. Then tap out dust boots using a hammer and chisel.
6. Apply suitable grease to rubber components and mating surfaces of caliper.
7. Use a 19mm socket and tap in dust boots, then install sliding pins.
8. Install pistons and seals in caliper. Then install cylinder boots and set rings.
9. Install on vehicle as previously described.
