4A-FE COLD START INJECTOR AND ECU MODIFICATION

The cold start fuel injector and start injector time switch have been eliminated on 1991 model Celica ST with 4A-FE engines. To compensate, the Engine Control Computer has a modified air fuel ratio during starting.
