Wipers - Changing from Concealed to Semi-Concealed

TITLE 1989 CRESSIDA CONCEALED WIPER OPERATION
The 1989 Cressida wiper arm assembly has two positions:
CONCEALED, SEMI-CONCEALED
DESCRIPTION:
The front wipers may be operated from a fully concealed or a semiconcealed position.
The semi-concealed position allows for wiper blade replacement, snow accumulation, and to lift the wipers to clean the windshield.
When changing the wiper arm position from fully concealed to semiconcealed, grasp the joint section between the wiper arm and blade and pull the arm up (along the windshield) in direction A. To change to the fully concealed position, move the arm down in direction B. From the semi-concealed position, the wipers can be locked back as shown at 1 below.
