The air/fuel mixture is controlled by the EBCV by opening and closing the carburetor air bleeds. The EBCV is controlled by the ECU with input from temperature sensors, vacuum switches and the High Altitude Compensation Valve. The EBCV inputs ground through ECU terminal EBCV.
