Hose/Line HVAC: Service and Repair

1. Recover refrigerant from refrigeration system.
2. Replace faulty tube or hose.

NOTE: Cap the open fitting immediately to keep moisture out of the system.





3. Torque for O-ring and bolted type fittings as per illustration.
4. Evacuate air from air conditioning system.
5. Charge air conditioning system with refrigerant and check for gas leakage.
Refill capacity: 600 - 750 g (21.1 - 26.5 oz)
