Sensor rotors are located on the front hubs under the brake disk.

Front Speed Sensor:

REAR

Sensor rotors are located on the rear axle hubs under the brake disk.

The front sensor rotors are located on the front wheel hubs under the brake disk. The rear sensor rotors are part of the rear drive shafts, and located on the outer constant velocity joint housing.
