Hose/Line HVAC: Service and Repair

A/C Component Location, Tercel Sedan/Hatchback:

1. Recover refrigerant from system.
2. Replace faulty tube or hose. Torque fittings.

NOTE: Cap the open fittings immediately to keep moisture out of the system.

3. Evacuate air from air conditioning system.
4. Charge air conditioning system with 600-750 g (1.3-1.7 lb) refrigerant and check for gas leakage.
