Claims will not be paid until the part(s) is received.

- Contact the DSM for inspection and authorization.
- Send a copy of the new MISBUILT UNIT FORM (see attached) along with the vehicle's Monroney label to TMS Warranty in a document submission envelope.
- A check will be issued to the dealer (if in-stock) or the customer (if retailed).
Note: The DSM's signature is always required on the MISBUILT UNIT FORM.
As noted in the 1988 Warranty Policy and Procedures Manual, "No consideration will be given for highly visible options such as, but not limited to, sunroofs, equalizer sound systems, aluminum wheels, or raised letter tires if the vehicle has been delivered to a customer, it becomes the delivering dealer's responsibility." In addition, no consideration will be given to those items that should have been checked by the selling dealer as part of pre-delivery inspection. If the vehicle has been retailed, it becomes the delivering dealer's responsibility.
Please contact TMS Warranty or your DSM if you have any questions.
