Fluid Pump: Service and Repair

REPLACEMENT OF OIL SEAL



1. REMOVE OIL SEAL WITH SST
SST 09350-32013 (09308-10010)

2. INSTALL NEW OIL SEAL
a. Apply MP grease to the oil seal lip.
b. Drive in the oil seal with SST.
SST 09350-32013 (09350-32140)


REPLACEMENT OF O-RING
1. REMOVE OIL PUMP
a. Position the transmission with the oil pump facing upward.
b. Remove the seven bolts.



c. Pull up the oil pump to where the O-ring can be removed with SST.
SST 09350-32013 (09351-32061)
d. Temporarily install the bolt.

2. REMOVE O-ring
3. INSTALL NEW O-ring
4. INSTALL OIL PUMP MOUNTING BOLT



Tighten the seven bolts uniformly and a little at a time.

Torque: 225 kg-cm (16 ft-lb, 22 N.m)
