Water Pump: Service and Repair

7M-GE & 7M-GTE ENGINES

1. Drain cooling system.
2. If equipped, remove A/C compressor belt.
3. Remove alternator drive belt, fan and fan clutch assembly and water pump pulley.
4. Remove power steering air pipe.
5. Remove water pump attaching bolts, then the water pump.
