Neutral Safety Switch: Testing and Inspection

Clutch Start Switch Testing:

1. Check that continuity exists between terminals when switch is "ON" (pushed in).
2. Check that there is no continuity when switch is "OFF" (not depressed).
3. If not as specified, replace switch.
