Cause: Internal component variance.

Remedy: The following procedure should be followed if a customer brings this condition to your attention.

Radio manufacturer will ship a modified unit to the dealer via blue label (two day UPS) air freight.

Dealer: - Replace radio unit for customer.
- Submit warranty claim for labor R & R time.
- Return removed unit to Fujitsu Ten in original shipping container.
