Auxiliary Air Valve (Idle Speed): Service and Repair

AIR VALVE REMOVAL

1. REMOVE THROTTLE BODY.






2. REMOVE AIR VALVE FROM THROTTLE BODY.
- Remove the five screws, air valve, gasket and 0-ring.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL AIR VALVE TO THROTTLE BODY.






a. Place new gasket and 0-ring on the air valve.
b. Install the air valve with the five screws.

2. INSTALL THROTTLE BODY.
