1.Radio Exchange Customer Survey

On January 1, 1987, the Radio Exchange/Repair Program was modified for the following reasons:

- Direct involvement by radio manufacturers to ensure quality service.

- Convenient service/consultation provided by toll-free telephone numbers.

- Faster delivery provided by air service in response to customer needs.

In order to evaluate the efficiency of the revised exchange program, each radio exchange customer during the months of February through April will be requested to complete an audio survey and return it to TMS.

^ Each exchange audio unit sent to the dealer by the exchange station (Fujitsu Ten or Panasonic) will contain the following:

- Exchange audio unit.

- A letter to the service manager with instructions for the completion of the survey (see Attachment 1).

- The Toyota Audio Survey (see Attachment 2).

- Pre-addressed postage paid envelope

^ The customer is requested to complete the survey and forward it to:
