SUBJECT: CAMRY BRAKE PULSATION SPECIAL CUSTOMER CARE PROGRAM
As part of our continuing efforts to expedite the completion of the subject program, we are, today, sending a letter to all dealer principals and their service and parts managers to remind them of the correct policy and procedure.
A copy of the letter is attached. Please ensure that all of your associates are made aware of this communication.
During the upcoming RSM meeting in Torrance on Oct. 18th-19th, we will provide an action plan with specific guidelines to address those dealers whose repair rates are disproportionate to the national average.
