FUEL TANK AND LINE

















NOTE:
- Toyota does not provide step-by-step instructions for fuel tank removal for this vehicle. Refer to the images for removal.
- When installing the fuel tank, refer to images for the installation position of the protector and hose and the tightening torque. Refer to the precautions below.
Hose and tube connections are as shown in the images.
- After installation, check for leaks.



PRECAUTIONS
^ Always use new gaskets when replacing the fuel tank or component parts.
^ When re-installing, be sure to include the rubber protectors on the upper surfaces of the fuel tank and tank band.
^ Tighten the fuel tank mounting bolts, etc. to the specified torque.
^ If reusing a hose, reinstall the clamp at its original location.
