INTRODUCTION:

This bulletin provides information to supplement the repair manual regarding the assembly and installation procedures for fuel pump resistors used on 2007 - 2009 Model Year Sienna vehicles.

COMPONENTS:

ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE:

1. Place the resistor cover on top of the mounting bracket with the rear tab inside of the mounting bracket rear slot.







2. Slide the resistor toward the front of the resistor cover until the mounting bracket is fully seated and underneath the back of the cover's front tab.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:







1. Connect the fuel pump resistor electrical connector.
2. Install the fuel pump resistor nut.
Torque: 7.5 N-m (76 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf)
