AIR CONDITIONING: AMBIENT TEMPERATURE SENSOR (for Automatic Air Conditioning System): REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.

2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER
(a) Remove the front bumper cover Removal.
3. REMOVE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE SENSOR
(a) Using a screwdriver, pull out the sensor, then disconnect the connector.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
