REMOVAL

1. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY Removal

2. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/o Smart Key System) Removal

3. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/ Smart Key System) Removal

4. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System) Removal

5. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System) Removal

6. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/o Navigation System) Removal

7. REMOVE NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Navigation System) Removal

8. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH Removal

9. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Removal

10. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

11. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

12. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

13. REMOVE LOWER REAR CONSOLE BOX Removal

14. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY Removal

15. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX INSERT Removal

16. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY






(a) Disengage the 3 claws and remove the No. 3 air duct sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
17. REMOVE QUICK HEATER ASSEMBLY






(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors.
(b) Remove the 3 screws and the quick heater assembly as shown in the illustration.
