41. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX FRONT (AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION, SEPARATE SEAT TYPE)
42. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX FRONT (MANUAL TRANSMISSION, SEPARATE SEAT TYPE)
43. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX FRONT (AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION, BENCH SEAT TYPE)
44. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX FRONT (MANUAL TRANSMISSION, BENCH SEAT TYPE)
45. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY
46. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY W/ BRACKET
47. SEPARATE HOOD LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
48. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL LOWER NO.1
49. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
50. REMOVE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY
51. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY CENTER
52. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY
53. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY LOWER RH
54. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER LH
55. REMOVE INSTRUMENT COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LOWER
56. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH

57. DISCONNECT PASSENGER AIRBAG CONNECTOR
58. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY W/PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY




59. REMOVE HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT NO.1
a. Remove the nut and heater to register duct No. 1.




60. REMOVE HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT NO.3
a. Remove the nut and heater to register duct No.3.




61. REMOVE AIR DUCT REAR NO.2 (DOUBLE CAB)
a. Fold back the floor carpet.
b. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the air duct rear No.2.




62. REMOVE AIR DUCT REAR NO.1 (DOUBLE CAB)
a. Fold back the floor carpet.
b. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the air duct rear No.1.




63. REMOVE AIR DUCT ASSEMBLY HEATER
a. Remove the clip.
b. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the air duct assembly heater.




64. REMOVE AIR DUCT ASSEMBLY
a. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the air duct assembly.




65. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACE MOUNTING BRACKET NO.1
a. Remove the bolt, nut and instrument panel brace mounting bracket No.1 LH.




b. Remove the bolt, nut and instrument panel brace mounting bracket No.1 RH.

66. REMOVE STEERING COLUMN HOLE COVER
67. SEPARATE STEERING INTERMEDIATE SHAFT ASSEMBLY
68. REMOVE STEERING COLUMN ASSEMBLY
69. REMOVE PARKING BRAKE CONTROL LEVER ASSEMBLY (LEVER TYPE PARKING BRAKE)
70. REMOVE ECM




71. SEPARATE DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK
a. Remove the 2 bolts and bracket.
b. Remove the 2 nuts and separate the driver side junction block assembly.




72. REMOVE TRANSPONDER KEY ECU ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the nut and the transponder key ECU assembly.




73. REMOVE AIR-CONDITIONER AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the nut and the air-conditioner amplifier assembly.




74. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY
a. Disengage the 4 clamps and disconnect the 6 connectors from the air conditioning unit assembly.




b. Remove the 3 bolts.
c. Disconnect the connector.
d. Disconnect the 2 airbag connectors.




e. Disengage the 20 clamps.




f. Remove the 5 bolts and 2 nuts.




g. Remove the 2 caps and 7 bolts.
h. Disengage the reinforcement hook of the air conditioning unit, and remove the reinforcement.
i. Remove the air conditioner unit assembly.




75. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY LWR
a. Remove the 4 bolts and the defroster nozzle assembly LWR.




76. REMOVE HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT CTR
a. Remove the 2 bolts and heater to register duct CTR.




77. REMOVE AIR DUCT NO.1
a. Remove the bolt.
b. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the air duct No. 1.




78. REMOVE MODE CONTROL SERVOMOTOR
a. Remove the 3 bolts and mode control servomotor.




79. REMOVE AIR MIX CONTROL SERVOMOTOR
a. Remove the 2 bolts and air mix control servomotor.




80. REMOVE AIR INLET CONTROL SERVOMOTOR
a. Remove the 2 bolts and air inlet control servomotor.
