Evaporator Temperature Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

THERMISTOR (for Rear A/C)

INSPECTION

1. REMOVE SIDE HEATER COVER




2. REMOVE THERMISTOR
a. Disconnect the connector and connector clamp.
b. Using a screwdriver, pull out the sensor.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.




c. Release the 2 claws and remove the sensor from the bracket plate.

3. INSPECT THERMISTOR
Refer to Heating and Air Conditioning; Testing and Inspection.
4. INSTALL THERMISTOR
