Disassembly and Reassembly

BLOWER UNIT

DISASSEMBLY




1. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR
Remove the 2 screws and blower resistor.

2. INSPECT BLOWER RESISTOR
3. REMOVE AIR REFINER FILTER
a. Pull out the filter cover.
b. Remove the filter from the frame.




4. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR
Using a torx wrench, remove the 3 screws and blower motor.

5. INSPECT BLOWER MOTOR

REASSEMBLY




1. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR
Using a torx wrench, install the blower motor with the 3 screws.

2. INSTALL AIR REFINER FILTER
a. Install the filter to the frame.
b. Push into the filter cover.




3. INSTALL BLOWER RESISTOR
Install the blower resistor with the 2 screws.
