Removal and Installation

COMPONENTS

REMOVAL
1. REMOVE COOLING UNIT
2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL AND REINFORCEMENT




3. REMOVE ENGINE ECM
a. Remove the 3 bolts and engine ECM.

4. REMOVE BLOWER UNIT




a. Remove the wire harness clamp.
b. Remove the screw and A/C amplifier with cooler bracket.
c. Disconnect the connector.




d. Remove the 2 rivets, bolt and blower unit.

HINT: At the time of installation, please refer to the following item. Do not reuse the 2 rivets.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
