Introduction For the 1998 model year the operation of the A/C indicator light has been changed. With the A/C switch OFF, when the defroster mode is selected, the A/C indicator light does NOT turn ON even though the A/C compressor is in operation.

1998 model year Tacoma, T-100, 4Runner and Tercel.
