Disassembly and Reassembly

DISASSEMBLY
1. REMOVE THESE PARTS:
a. Blower resistor
b. Rear heater relay
c. Wire harness

2. SEPARATE HEATER CASES
Remove the 4 screws and 5 clips and separate the heater cases.

3. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR
a. Remove the 2 screws and heater radiator.
b. Remove the screw and heater piping clamp.
c. Remove the 2 screws and heater radiator pipes.

4. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR
a. Remove the 3 screws and motor.
b. Remove the nut and blower fan.

REASSEMBLY
Reassembly is in the reverse order of disassembly
