Catalytic Converter: Service and Repair

CATALYTIC CONVERTER REPLACEMENT
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.





REMOVE CENTER EXHAUST PIPE
Remove the 4 bolts, TWC joint retainer. center exhaust pipe and 2 gasket.

Torque: 62 N.m (632 kgf.cm. 40 ft.lbf)

INSTALLATION HINT: Place 2 new gaskets on the front exhaust and tail pipes. and temporarily install the center exhaust pipe.
