Control Assembly: Testing and Inspection

HEATER CONTROL ASSEMBLY INSPECTION







1. INSPECT HEATER CONTROL LEVERS OPERATION
Move the control levers left and right and check for stiffness and binding through the full range of the levers.











2. INSPECT BLOWER SPEED CONTROL SWITCH CONTINUITY
If continuity is not as specified, replace the switch.







3. w/ A/C Models:
INSPECT DEF. MODE SWITCH OPERATION
Move the mode lever to DEF. position, then check that there is continuity between terminals.

If operation is not as specified, replace the switch.
