Removal and Installation

AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY REMOVAL







1. REMOVE THESE PARTS:
a. Glove compartment door
b. Lower finish panel
c. Instrument lower insert panel

2. DISCONNECT CONTROL CABLES







a. Disconnect the air inlet damper control cable from blower unit.
b. Disconnect the air mix damper control cable from heater unit.







c. Disconnect the mode control cable from heater unit.

3. REMOVE A/C CONTROL ASSEMBLY







a. Remove the A/C switch and heater control knobs.







b. Pull out the A/C control cover.







c. Remove the 3 screws and pull out the A/C control assembly, then disconnect the connectors.

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
