COOL BOX DISASSEMBLY

Cool Box:

1. REMOVE COOL BOX AMPLIFIER

2. REMOVE UPPER CASE

3. REMOVE EVAPORATOR ASSEMBLY WITH BLOWER MOTOR ASSEMBLY FROM LOWER CASE

4. REMOVE THERMISTOR

5. REMOVE EXPANSION VALVE
Loosen the 2 union nuts and remove the expansion valve.

Torque:
Liquid tube: 14 N.m (140 kgf.cm, 10 ft.lbf)
Suction tube: 23 N.m (230 kgf.cm, 17 ft.lbf)

INSTALLATION HINT: Lubricate 2 new O-rings with compressor oil and install the tubes.

Assembly is in the reverse order of disassembly.
