DRIVE PINION PRELOAD
Using a torque wrench, measure the preload. Preload (at starting) should be as follows.
^ New Bearing: 1.2- 1.9 Nm (10.4- 16.5 inch lbs.)
^ Reused Bearing: 0.6 - 1.0 Nm (5.2 - 8.7 inch lbs.)
