REMOVAL







1. REMOVE REAR HEATER UNIT

2. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR
a. Remove the wire harness clamps.
b. Remove the 4 screws and 5 clips and separate the heater cases.
c. Remove the 2 screws and heater radiator.
d. Remove the 2 screws and heater radiator piping clamp.
e. Remove the 2 screws and heater radiator pipes.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

INSPECTION
1. INSPECT FINS FOR BLOCKAGE
If the fins are clogged, clean them with compressed air.

NOTE: Never use water to clean the evaporator.


2. INSPECT FITTINGS FOR CRACKS OR SCRATCHES
Repair as necessary.
