Magnetic valves are used on models with dual evaporator A/C systems to direct refrigerant between the evaporators. If either or both evaporators seem to be providing insufficient cooling, check magnetic valve operation as shown in Fig. 23. If magnetic valve is receiving proper operating voltage based on existing conditions, replace valve and recheck system operation. If valves are not being energized properly, check and repair feed circuit as needed.
