EGR Electronic Vacuum Regulator Solenoid: Testing and Inspection

1. Check for continuity between valve terminals and valve body. Continuity should not exist.
2. Measure resistance between connector terminals. Resistance should measure 11-13 ohms at 68°F.
3. If operation is not as specified, the valve is defective and should be replaced.
