Evaporative Emission Control Canister: Testing and Inspection
InspectionWARNING: DO NOT SUCK nozzles on EVAP canister. Fuel vapor inside
EVAP canister is harmful.
1. Check outside of EVAP canister visually.
2. Blow low compressed air into "IN" port and check that air flows through out of other ports ("TANK" port, "PURGE" port and "OUT" port) without difficulty.
If any faulty condition is found in above inspection, replace.
