High Pressure Safety Valve HVAC: Service and Repair

High Pressure Relief Valve:

REMOVAL
Remove high pressure relief valve from cylinder head if oil leakage is observed.





INSTALLATION
Install new high pressure relief valve.
1. Coat 0-ring of new high pressure relief valve with compressor oil.
2. Seat and 0-ring must be clean and not damaged.
3. Install new high pressure relief valve.

Tightening Torque
(a): 12-18 N-m (1.2-1.8 kg-m,8.7-13.0 lb-ft)
