Auxiliary Air Valve (Idle Speed): Service and Repair

REMOVAL
- Disconnect negative cable from battery.
- Drain cooling system.
- Disconnect engine cooling water hoses from air valve.
- Disconnect air hose.
- Remove air valve from intake manifold.

INSTALLATION
Reverse removal procedure noting the following.
- Use new gasket.
- Clamp hoses securely.
