Fig. 5 Removing Brake Disc:

1. Raise and support vehicle, then remove wheels.
2. Remove disc screws, then release parking brake lever.
3. Remove caliper assembly by loosening carrier bolts.
4. Remove disc by using two 8 mm bolts, Fig. 5.
5. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Torque caliper carrier bolts to specifications.
b. Once job has been completed, depress brake pedal five times to obtain proper disc to pad clearance.
