Brake Pedal Assy: Adjustments

The brake pedal should normally be at same height as clutch pedal. Check that distance between brake booster mounting surface (with gasket) and pushrod clevis pin hole should be 4.94-4.98 inches (125.5-126.5mm) on Samurai and 1989-90 Sidekick, 4.96-5.00 inches (126.1-127.1mm) on 1991 Sidekick, 6.60-6.64 inches (167.6-168.6mm) on 1992 Sidekick or 4.51-4.54 inch (114.5-115.5 mm) for Swift.
