Pick-Up Coil: Testing and Inspection

Measuring Pick-Up Coil Resistance:

- Disconnect distributor electrical connector.
- Using an ohm meter, measure the resistance of the pick-up coil.

RESISTANCE VALUE
588 - 888 ohms @ 20° C (68° F)

- Replace if out of specification.
