Evaporative Emission Control Canister: Testing and Inspection

1. Disconnect vacuum hoses from canister, then remove charcoal canister from vehicle.
2. When air is blown into tank nozzle, air should come out from air nozzle.
3. With Air nozzle closed with finger, blow air hard into tank nozzle, air should come out of purge nozzle.
4. When air is blown into purge nozzle, no air should come out from other two nozzles.
5. If operation differs from above description, charcoal canister must be replaced.
