Transmission Rear Mount Bracket Replacement (FWD)

Removal Procedure
1. Remove both catalytic converters.
2. Remove the rear transaxle mount.





3. Remove the transaxle mount bracket bolts (1, 3).
4. Remove the transaxle mount bracket (2).

Installation Procedure





1. Position the transaxle mount bracket (2) to the transaxle.

CAUTION:
Refer to [Fastener Notice]

2. Install the transaxle mount bracket bolts (3).
Tightening torque
Tighten the bolts to 55 Nm (41 ft. lbs.).

CAUTION:
Refer to [Fastener Notice]

3. Install the transaxle mount bracket bolt (1).
Tightening torque
Tighten the bolts to 37 Nm (27 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the rear transaxle mount.
5. Install both catalytic converters.
