Fuel Pump: Service and Repair

Removal
1. Remove fuel tank. Refer to "Fuel Tank Removal and Installation:".
2. Remove fuel pump assembly (1) from fuel tank.




Installation
Reverse removal procedure for installation noting the following.
- Use new gasket (2).
- Tighten fuel pump bolts to specified torque.

Tightening Torque
Fuel pump bolt (a): 5 N.m (0.5 kg.m, 4.0 lb.ft)
