DTC B1205: Rear Left (Weight) Sensor Malfunction

CAUTION:
- Be sure to perform Air Bag Diagnostic System Check:H27 Engine Model (Advanced Air Bag) before starting diagnosis according to flow. Diagnostic Strategies
- When measurement of resistance or voltage is required in this flow, use a tester along with a correct terminal adapter from special tool (Connector test adapter kit).
- When a check for proper connection is required, refer to Inspection of Intermittent and Poor Connections:H27 Engine Model (Advanced Air Bag). Intermittents and Poor Connections
- If there is open circuit in air bag wire harness, connector or terminal is found damaged, replace the wire harness, connector and terminal as an assembly.

DTC Will Set when
The voltage at RL weight sensor signal circuit is out of specification for specified time.

Flow Test Description
Step 1: Check for DTC.
Step 2: Check for RL weight sensor.
Step 3: Check for short circuit between RL weight sensor circuit and power supply circuit.
Step 4: Check for short circuit between RL weight sensor circuit and ground.
Step 5: Check for high resistance or open wire in RL weight sensor circuit.
