Air Temperature Sensor ( Ambient / Intake ): Service and Repair

REMOVAL
- Disconnect negative cable from battery.
- Disconnect ATS connector.
- Remove ATS from intake manifold.

INSTALLATION
- Reverse removal procedure noting the following.
- Clean mating surface of sensor and intake manifold.
- Use new gasket.
- Tighten ATS to specified torque.

ATS TORQUE
10 - 20 Nm (1.0 - 2.0 kg-m, 7.5 - 14.0 lb-ft)

- Connect sensor connector securely.
