TROUBLE DIAGNOSIS
This section describes trouble diagnosis of Electronic Fuel Injection system parts whose trouble is not indicated by the on-board diagnostic system (self-diagnosis function).
When diagnostic trouble code No. 12 is indicated by the on-board diagnostic system (self diagnosis function) and assuredly those engine basic parts as described in "ENGINE DIAGNOSIS" are all in good condition, check Electronic Fuel Injection system parts which may be a possible cause for each symptom of the engine.
