Wiper Motor Replacement - Liftgate

WIPER MOTOR REPLACEMENT - LIFTGATE

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the rear wiper arm.
2. Remove the lift gate trim panel.




3. Remove the rear wiper motor bolts.
4. Remove the motor by sliding the pivot shaft out of the rear window grommet.
5. Disconnect the electrical connector.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the electrical connector.
2. Install the rear wiper motor through the rear window grommet.
3. Install the wiper motor bolts.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the bolts to 7 N.m (62 lb in).

4. Install the lift gate trim panel.
5. Install the wiper motor module.
