Heater Hose Replacement - Inlet

HEATER HOSE REPLACEMENT - INLET

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Drain the coolant. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (GE 47716 Fill) Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill).
2. Remove the heater inlet hose clamp from the heater core.
3. Remove the heater inlet hose (2) from the heater core.




4. Remove the heater inlet hose clamp from the engine.
5. Remove the heater inlet hose (2) from the engine.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the heater inlet hose (2) to the engine.
2. Install the heater inlet hose clamp to the engine.




3. Install the heater inlet hose (2) to the heater core.
4. Install the heater inlet hose clamp to the heater core.
5. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (GE 47716 Fill) Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill).
