FAULT SYMPTOM
- No manual downshift 2 to 1.
- No engine braking.

ACTION

1. Select symptom.
Choose between the following symptoms.
- No manual downshift 2 to 1:
Proceed to point 2.
- No engine braking:
Brake D is damaged.
Check and, if necessary, change brake D.
Check O-rings on plunger, brake D.
2. No manual downshift 2 to 1.
Investigate following causes.
- Governor seizing:
Clean or change the governor.
- Lock-up valve 1+R seizing:
Dismantle the valve body and check the valve.
