Fig. 10 Exploded View Of Lower Control Arm Assembly:

1. Raise and support vehicle, then remove wheel.
2. Remove nut securing sway bar link to control arm, Fig.5 , then the upper securing bolt for sway bar link.
3. Press down on control arm and remove sway bar link.
4. Remove two nuts at front of control arm securing arm to frame.
5. Remove two rear bolts securing reinforcement member to frame.
6. Remove two bolts securing control arm rear pivot to frame, then the control arm.
7. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. To facilitate control arm installation, leave nuts for bushing in rear pivot loose until arm is installed, Fig.10 .
8. Road test vehicle, then check alignment.
