Canister Purge Control Valve: Service and Repair

EVAP canister purge valve (electrically controlled)





Removal

1 Raise the car.

2 Remove the right-hand front wheel.

3 Remove the wheel housing trim and the front section of the wing liner.

4 Unplug the connector and disconnect the hoses.

5 Remove the purge valve.

Note: Pay attention to the position of the valve.


Fitting

Fit in reverse order.

Note: Fit the valve as shown. Note the direction of the arrow.
